                   Cons girls did not have a say.

Dictatorship- Pros  things were decided fast.

                   Cons nobody had a say.

Democracy- Pros  everyone had a say.

                   Cons  things take longer to decide.

If we did a Democracy for a year things would be fair. But it would take longer to decide.
